1. Agreement to Terms

By accessing or using the Luxe Hues website at https://luxehues.co or purchasing a subscription, you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions. These terms are entered into between you and Luxe Hues Enterprises LLC. If you do not agree, please do not use our services.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years of age to purchase a subscription or use our services. By using our site, you represent and warrant that you meet this requirement and that all information you provide is accurate and complete.

3. Subscription & Billing

• Luxe Hues offers monthly subscription boxes starting at $65.00 per box, billed on a recurring monthly basis.
• Your subscription will automatically renew each month unless cancelled prior to the next billing cycle.
• By providing payment information, you authorize us to charge your payment method for the subscription fee each billing period.
• All prices are listed in U.S. dollars. We reserve the right to change pricing with advance notice to subscribers.
• Failed payments may result in suspension or cancellation of your subscription.

4. Cancellation Policy

You may cancel your subscription at any time. To avoid being charged for the next billing cycle, cancellations must be submitted before your next renewal date. Cancellations take effect at the end of the current billing period — you will continue to receive your box for the month already paid. To cancel, contact us at [email protected].

5. Refund Policy

Due to the curated and perishable nature of our products, all sales are generally final. However:

• If your box arrives damaged or with defective products, contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos and we will arrange a replacement or store credit.
• We do not offer refunds for boxes that have already shipped.
• Refunds for billing errors will be reviewed on a case-by-case basis.

6. Shipping

• Boxes are shipped within the first two weeks of each month to subscribers active at the time of curation.
• Shipping is available within the United States. International shipping availability may vary.
• We are not responsible for delays caused by carriers, weather, or events outside our control.
• You are responsible for providing an accurate shipping address. We are not liable for boxes lost due to incorrect addresses.

7. Product Descriptions & Substitutions

Box contents are curated monthly and may vary. Product images shown on our website are for illustrative purposes only. We reserve the right to substitute products of equal or greater value if a featured item becomes unavailable. We make no guarantees regarding specific brands or products in any given month.

8. Intellectual Property

All content on this website — including text, graphics, logos, images, and software — is the property of Luxe Hues Enterprises LLC and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without our express written permission.

9. Disclaimer of Warranties
